Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles chooses Endeavour Roncaglia Group for the development of CRM activities.

The Commercial Vehicles Division of VolksWagen has assigned Endeavour, Digital Marketing Agency of the Roncaglia Group, the task of developing and planning strategies and CRM initiatives useful for qualifying and improving customer relations as well as strengthening trade capacity of the specific segment.

The programme, which provides the definition of the main strategies of engagement and relationship for the business world and for private clients, sees Endeavour committed to defining the elements for strengthening on and off-line operations as well as defining dynamics of business intelligence that have a more accurate interaction with the market during acquisition of the  customer and in the early after-sale stages.
The plan also envisages the creation of innovative actions of interactive communication and viral marketing of the content in a multichannel perspective able to involve the business community and individuals.
